Our delivery and payment terms

Our deliveries are subject to retention of title, which means that ownership is only transferred to the buyer when they have settled their liabilities arising from their business relationship with us. In the case of an open account, the retained ownership serves as security for our balance claim. If bills of exchange or checks have been given in payment, redemption shall only be deemed as settlement.

If the delivered goods are processed by the buyer with other goods not belonging to us, we shall be entitled to ownership of the new item in proportion to the invoice value of the processed goods to the purchase price of the other processed goods. In the event of resale of the goods, the claims arising from this for the buyer are hereby assigned to us. The assignment shall also apply if the goods have been processed or processed beforehand by the buyer or if they are resold to several customers.

Recognizable complaints must be made immediately upon receipt of the goods.
Payment: 10 days = 2% discount. 20 days = net cash from invoice date

If the payment deadlines are exceeded, standard bank interest will be charged.
