If bills of exchange or checks have been given in payment, redemption shall only be deemed as settlement.<\/span> <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"left\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">If the delivered goods are processed by the buyer with other goods not belonging to us, <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">we<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"> shall be entitled to ownership of the new item in proportion to the invoice value of the processed goods to the purchase price of the other processed goods. In the event of resale of the goods, the claims arising from this for the buyer are hereby assigned to us.
